Website guidance
Our content, calculator and checklists support initial planning. They are not an authority-issued approval or a substitute for the official rules and current portal instructions. Requirements depend on your entity, vessel, flag and circumstances. Refer to the linked official sources before submission.
Scope and charges
A written quotation or engagement agreement defines deliverables, revisions, timeline and charges. Government fees, inspection fees, Bank Guarantees, bank charges, travel and third-party charges are included only if expressly agreed. Payment and cancellation terms are specified in that agreement.
Your responsibilities
Provide complete, accurate records and authorisations. Review all documents before signing or filing. Your company is responsible for operational compliance and implementation. Do not share government portal credentials with unauthorised persons.

No government endorsement is implied. Approval, inspection findings and processing times remain with the relevant authority. No licence outcome, closure acceptance or search ranking is guaranteed.
