Information you provide
The enquiry form requests your name, phone number, chosen service and message. Email and company name are optional. Enquiry details are also saved in a private admin register for follow-up, with protected backup snapshots. A saved enquiry record does not confirm email delivery or completion of CAPTCHA. We use these details to respond, discuss an engagement and maintain related business correspondence. Please do not submit passports, seafarer identity documents, bank details or other sensitive documents through this form.
Email and external services
Enquiries are processed through FormSubmit and delivered to info@navsure.co.in. That provider processes the submitted information under its own policies. WhatsApp and social-media links take you to services with their own privacy terms. Google Fonts requests may disclose technical connection information to Google.
Visitor count and storage
The public counter stores an aggregate count. A first-party cookie lasting up to 24 hours limits repeat counts in the same browser; local browser storage also helps avoid counting refreshes. This is an approximate visit count, not a count of unique people. The counter does not store IP addresses or personal details. Hosting and email providers may process technical logs for security and delivery.
A hashed network identifier is used on the server to limit repeated submissions. Your raw IP address is not saved in the enquiry register.
Retention and your requests
We retain enquiry correspondence as needed to respond, manage an engagement and meet applicable record obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry details, subject to records we must retain. Do not include sensitive documents in your request.
