A practical preparation guide to the enhanced RPSL module and official portal instructions.
What the circular says
DGMA Circular 68/2026, dated 13 October 2026, introduces the enhanced RPSL module in beta from 15 October 2026. Its listed services include fresh applications, renewals, inspections and profile changes. The circular schedules foreign-flag e-Migrate consent and Indian-flag digital SEA facilities from 1 November 2026. Existing Articles of Agreement / Form I procedures continue until further instructions.
Prepare your working file
Before opening an application, check the latest portal instructions. Confirm which entity and application category you are using, check the company profile, and keep the documents for that specific service together. Save the submission acknowledgement and reference number. These are practical preparation steps, not additional regulatory requirements.
Keep an issue log
For a portal error, record the application reference, date, affected step and error message. Send only the information requested through official support channels; never share login credentials. A beta launch announcement does not prove that every function is available to every user.
